Operational status for GOME-2C SO2 total columns

The product status has been upgraded from pre-operational to operational.

This upgrade does not need any further actions from the users and the product has been available via EUMETCast and the AC SAF archive at DLR since February 2020. The ATBD and PUM of the GOME-2C trace gas column products (including SO2) and the SO2 validation report are available from the AC SAF web site:
